just like art imitating life: thriving internet start-up goes public and gets gobbled up by a bigger fish!

That joke was used years ago on an episode of “Hercules”. On entering Arachne’s cave, Kevin Sorbo said, “Huh. Some web site”. According to ancient Greek religion, Arachne was a weaver maid who was turned into a spider for offending the gods.

I posted this to my few Facebook friends. When BC first appeared in our local paper I was a 3rd grader delivering papers on foot – 3 to 4 miles a day. I have to admit somedays I didn’t get it. I don’t think I ever missed a strip! Since docs say I have a few weeks – to maybe a couple of months left to walk this world – I have a long lists of favorite panels to discuss with the creators. Still love Og -even thought he seems to be off and about somewhere else….
