Does eugenics count as a “philosphy” per se? I suppose it could be a philosophy of science (rather, pseudo-science), but it isn’t a study of the questions of existence, or knowledge.

At least it proves that racism is either not based on genes, or so incredibly deep rooted in them its hard to get rid of.
