Eddie, in these photos, I wasn't born yet. And see this first photo? That's your great-grandparents- and grandpa wasn't even born yet. And you're positive I wasn't around? Just too little to remember all this going on? Believe it or not.

When my youngest saw photos of a family trip to Disneyland from before she was born, she was not happy. “No fair! How could you go, without me?”

It isn’t until children get to be around 9 or 10 (maybe 8) that they truly understand the concept of ‘before you were here." It isn’t till they have been through sex – ed at the age of 10 (Grade 5!) that they truly grasp it, and go “oh … I was a 1 in a 1,000,000,000 chance!”
