Hated getting up for work, but the weekend trip couldn’t start early enough.
Remember the old saying “…The worst day fishing beats…”
I always used to drive from San Diego to Las Vegas. It usually takes 6 or 7 hrs. But I always took my time and stopped at all the rest stops and checked my oil and water. So my trips took maybe a couple of hours more, but I didn’t mind.
