I wonder if the human skeletal system could eventually evolve to be able to support all the extra weight so many people are carrying. A recent medical report states that over half the world set to be overweight or obese by 2050. But major evolutionary changes take thousands of years to happen, and right now, it doesn’t seem like the human race (and most of world’s fauna) will be around that long.
