I once wanted to buy my Mom a new coat for Christmas. Went into a department store, but couldn’t find the Ladies’ Coats. Sales clerk in another dept asked if she could help me. I said I was looking for a coat for Mom. She said I could find it in the coat department. She didn’t say WHERE that was until I asked directly.

N.C.I.S. Rules! Great show, great characters. We use Gibbs’ Smacks over here all the time….particularly on my husband. At least he runs with the humor in it and replies “Thanks Boss.” I wonder who would Smack harder….Gibbs or Vicki?

The lazy attendant is probably enabled by not enough competitors vying for Rose’s (or Vicki’s) dollar. Monopoly → bad; competition → good for the consumer.
