Those bears don’t have to worry about their next meal.

Don’t sweat it until you try serving the eviction notice.

Must be nice for bears, it really doesn’t matter what the delivery guy is delivering. It’s dinner time!!

Were I a sheriff, I’d tell the big shots to do their own blasted evictions and foreclosures (although I doubt sheriffs really have that choice).

OK, the way I see it, Three Steps scored first, but the degree of difficulty wasn’t wasn’t big. Dogsniff kicked it up a notch..for a while I thought oldfarmhand was going to win. But vwddualnomand is the winner with his post……It’s not particularly clever, but it’s heartfelt!

Three Steps, nice, good start…..Dog, very good sir….oldfarm, you’d be the winner so far, but vwdualnomand is my favorite….not particularly clever, straight to the point, and it’s heartfelt……..makes me laugh too…

I think this is covered under the “adverse possession” rules. On the other hand, it’s nice to see the playing field leveled.

Bad news, one banker can run slower. Good news, two bears.

Never foreclose on someone who considers you crunchy and good with ketchup.

Let’s see here. Someone voluntarily enters a mortgage that they know they cannot afford, the bank is forced by the government to give it to them, they go into foreclosure, and it is the bank’s fault they lose their house?

For a little while #downtownbear was trending. We had a yearling occupy downtown for about an hour. This was this past Monday.

Tossup between oldfarmhand and APOI. Vote goes to… APersonOfInterest, for leaving so much more to the imagination. Do love Bear Clawses, though.
