my first comment on gocomics had to be on fa. i have waited for a real good fa. this is a classic case of “false dilemma”. one neither has to love nor kill another, but accept another. another option is to ignore another. there are other options, but i think.. btw love fa
sorry tried to put the link in with html after reading GoComics Style guide, obviously need more work. The book is by Steven Pinker: “The Better Angels of Our Nature”
In this age of technology and 3D, it seems odd to hang on to ancient stuff. Yet, I have never thrown out my old viewmaster and the reels that I collected. I can remember spending many happy hours zooming in to some of the most amazing scenes, and taking fantastic journeys of imagination. For that matter, I still have a stash of old stereopticon cards.
My sister ( who is a faithful fan of Frog Blog, BTW) had a Viewmaster, and loved it. She may still have it, I’ll have to ask.It was a wonderful plaything.

This is my favorite FA in quite a while. Many different meanings one could invest in this one.

Some folks do both. But I’m kind of partial to the first option….

Nowadays it appears that killing is more prevalent than loving. How sad.
