That’s what the politicians in this country say after they get “caught”…
He was just making things easier on both of them; people don’t all agree on whether it’s “vayss” or “vozz,” but we all know how to say “shards.”
Women more often appreciate fine things; we had very few in our wedding gifts but the nice ones were very much missed when broken (back in 1959).
“You said you were keeping a lily in it, but I never saw one. What’s your grandmother’s name anyway?”
