Through shrewd investments, I'll build a diversified portfolio. At the same time, I'll organize joint ventures of positive cash flow income properties. By July 2007, I'll be worth 22 million, adjust for 7% inflation. I'll retire, buy a place in Malibu and start a small R&B record label to keep my busy. Uhem, July 2007 came and passed. Delta is still in high school. Not in Duke even by March 2019.
