    I might just be with Rat on this one. Sesame Street used to be a quality educational program that treated its young viewers like intelligent human beings; now it talks down to kids and exists just to sell Elmo merchandise. PBS (the TV station) is a good thing, but let’s not give them any more money until Elmo is evicted from Sesame Street.

    I had a friend who grew up on Sesame Street (right off of Taragon Way and down from Saffron Street). She wasn’t able to get a library card until she brought a piece of mail with her name and address on it because the library staff thought she was just joking or something when she filled out the forms.
