I used to practice my drums till my Dad would mentally snap. He would bust in and throw a shoe at me or some other projectile to get my attention to stop.

One year my gift to my brother & his wiife was NOT to give my little nephew a drum kit. They were soooo happy!

My neighbor did this last year. Do you know how long it takes to become a good drummer? Neither did he.
