Doesn’t look too dead just yet…
Something very much like nothing anyone had ever seen scuttled across the panel of Frog Applause…
Shades of the 60s,make love, not war.
Re: Who is this? Nosferatu. The original vampire movie.Max Schreck as Count Orlok.
Damnit! Expired Fantasy was the name I was gonna use for my autobiography!
It’s a secret.
Its an eyenigma.
Invalid! You’re invalid! Be gone, wretched ex-fantasy!
Is it Vampire Vednesday? That’s Reggie Nalder as the vampire Kurt Barlow in the 1979 miniseries “’salem’s Lot.”
IN spired fantasies are more to my liking.
I believe the “Island” expired in 1984 . . . “Boss, de plane, de plane……. . . ☻
My fantasies won’t expire until I do.
That’s not a vampire, it’s me before I’ve had coffee each morning.
Today’s picture reminded me of the delightful artwork by Thurber in “The 13 Clocks.”
Never saw ’Salem’s Lot, good book though. It appears, in light of day, that the director & makeup artist paid tribute to the cinematic origin I sited.
I love the background in today’s strip. it offers quite a lot of possibilities!
Marigold Russell?(Looks a lot like Ursula Andress to me.)
Wow. The Maltese temples brought back a lot of memories… Malta is an amazing place, full of history and a very rich culture.
Yeah, that’s the one. Bill Paxton, Lance Henriksen, Jenny Wright, Adrian Pasdar. Directed by Kate Bigelow, photographed by Adam Greenberg and scored by Tangerine Dream. An amazing movie despite the forced happy ending.
Like a gallon of milk, you need to double-check the date on your fantasies.
it was fun while it lasted…
