It is not integrity, if you take it beyond self reliance, and expect things to happen because you pray for every single one of your actions to be successful, instead of doing the action yourself. Case in point; the old joke:
Susan is having a rough life. She prays every day that she win the lottery so that she can pay all her bills, get out of foreclosure and auto re-possession, not worry about losing her job, having a husband that is in a coma in the hospital, a daughter with cancer, etc. etc. etc. One day she goes out to the top of the hill near her house and yells “Oh, God, why won’t you just let me hit the lottery big already!!!!?”
The sky goes dark as clouds move in. Suddenly a part of the clouds break open and a shaft of light beams down directly on her and a booming voice comes from the sky, “Work with me Susan! Buy a lottery ticket!!!!”
Aaron Rodgers has the right attitude. And he is the best quarterback right now.http://offthebench.nbcsports.com/2011/11/30/aaron-rodgers-on-tim-tebow-religion-controversy-i-believe-in-letting-my-actions-speak-about-the-kind-of-character-i-have/
I hope this Tebow business doesn’t result in an burst of competition in public piety in the sports world. Do you want to see your favorite sports hero prostrating himself toward Jerusalem? Or flagellating his raw flesh? Or voluntarily being crucified, literally?
I’m loving this series. I can respect Tebow, to a degree, but I don’t respect his followers. They literally worship him. For his outspoken faith. Somehow I don’t think that’s really allowed. And he allows it and enjoys it and never says anything about that aspect.

Poor form! You have done much better than to make fun of someone with integrity.
