It gets worse. Kim Jong Il is sitting in his chair…

On the other hand, Warren Hellman just checked in, and he’s already setting up a free concert in Pearly Gate Park.5,000 stages in all, featuring (among many, many others) Mozart, Orpheus, Buddy Holly, Hank Williams, and maybe Etta James (unconfirmed as of this writing). He’s calling it “Harply Strictly Bluegrass.”

It makes sense if you consider the title of Hitchens’ book, “God Is Not Great: How Religion Poisons Everything”. It contends that “organized religion is the main source of hatred in the world”

Given the world’s history of the Crusades, jihad, witch-burning, the Inquisition, religious intolerence etc etc – perhaps God could be furious about how some of His children have perverted His love in the guise of religion.

zuria, of course God is furious at religion. The great opponent of faith in God is false religion. As a believer in Jesus Christ, what possible conclusion could I come to as I observe the world with its “Pope”, Islam, New Age Pantheism, Hindu Polytheism, etc….Chris Hitchens, like many atheists before him, is merely a clever writer, not an honest investigator.
