Hockey fights are definitely better in person than on Twitter. However, I wish they would get rid of hockey fights altogether.

Hockey was also more fun to watch before the advent of enforcers. Back when players like Gordy Howe showed what skill was all about.

After watching the skills demo parts of the All-Star game I will definitely agree with you. Too bad the game isn’t played like that all the time.

The NJ Devils are my favorite team. I saw the 1995 Stanley Cup championship in person. I despise the NY Rangers. Hockey is a great game, and it takes skill to skate, which I can’t do. I wish I saw Gordie Howe play—a Gordie Howe hat trick—a goal, an assist, and a fight. The league has cut back on fights consideribly, but you’ll never take fighting out all together. Some people go to see fights only.
