Coming Soon đ At the beginning of April, youâll be
introduced to a brand-new GoComics! See more information here. Subscribers, check your
email for more details.
Question asked, answer given, problem presented, solution provided. âThe History of Calvin Part 1â would be a good title. Besides, it is sometimes good to be brief.
Excerpt from Dogsniffâs biography/obituary:âŠâŠ.In his later years, he was an avid GoComics poster with friends and/or acquaintances all over the world, who looked up to him as a wise guy.
They are famous for being famous, nothing more, nothing less. I prefer never to mention their name so the search counts on their name is reduced. The less they are mentioned, the less famous they become.
I donât give a ratâs patootie about that sort of celebrity. In fact, I hardly care much about any Hollywood star, sports great, or the private lives of most politicians. Thatâs their business.
I donât remember the names, but someone once published a book entitled âThe Accomplishments of Sir (whatever his name was)âWhen someone bought the book and opened it, they found it was all blank pages!
@ Hobbes: great Peanuts strips. Iâm noticing BW had many very similiar storylines to CS and wonder if that was an influence or something else. Any thoughts?
Right, Wenthral. Iâ love to read that chapter. And if Calvin includes various alter egos like Spaceman Spiff and Stupendous Man (to name only two) and gets a ghost writer to fill in their backstories, the book may have a great many pages.

Itâll only be a paragraph or three.
adubman about 13 years ago
Calvin may be only six years old, but those are dog years!

A fine short autobiography!

The people at the memory care facility that my 93 year old mother lives at wrote a biography for her that is only one page.

Justin Bieber wasnât much older than that when he thought we needed both a book AND a movie about his life. (Boy was he wrong!!)

Iâm sure Calvin will have a lot more to say than that, marg.
Wenthral about 13 years ago
The âNoodle incidentâ alone would take more than one sheet of paper. Our young Calvin has quite the history already.
Hobbes Premium Member about 13 years ago
Calvin has said that he doesnât remember the first three years of his life. So I guess the first half of the page will be blank.

An autobiography from me would be a bestseller, I think, perhaps I write it down, when I am very old!

@JohnnyDiego: Thatâs very funny. (Your second comment.)
Makso about 13 years ago
Be careful what you write. When you are the president people might hold it against you.
Jonni about 13 years ago
Calvin is a realist because at six it will take a whole sheet of paper, death notices are shorter.
chakwing24 about 13 years ago
One sheet of paper for a 6-year-old â very proportionate and logical indeed :)
kab2rb about 13 years ago
Calvin keep writing as you grow older more writing by teachers.

âMy LifeâA study of snow goons and evil baby sitters.By: Calvin
kbyrdleroy123 about 13 years ago
Heâs probably omitting a lot of things he did. At least heâs writing his ownâŠunlike most of these stars.
dahawk about 13 years ago
I think mom and dad would think Calvin would need a whole ream of paper, at least they know they would!!
k-la about 13 years ago
Oh how I wish I could be six again!!!! One sheet of paper doesnât seem enough for you tho Calvin!
Puddleglum2 about 13 years ago
If Calvin used 500 sheets of paper for his autobiography, heâd get âreamedâ out by his parents.
Puddleglum2 about 13 years ago
@Hobbes,âThe Cabinâ by SnoopyIs that where William P. Young got his idea for âThe Shackâ?

Did âMy Mother the Carâ write an autobiography?

When I see a tabloid with headline of âWhat (fill in the blank) doesnât want you to knowâI respect their privacy and not buy the paper.

One sheet of paper, now thatâs funny.

@puddleglum: I always assumed that The Shack was the autobiography of Shaquille OâNeal.

if calvin put every thing hes already done or everything he knows for his age it would be freakin epic

Perhaps just a Bio, not an Autobiography?

DonŽt let yourself down, Calvin: «The journey of a 1,000 miles starts with a single step»! ;)

How many autobiographies has Justin Bieber brought out so far?
Phosphoros about 13 years ago
He should ask Hobbes to write it as a biography.

âHe came. He saw. He didnât concur.âClose enough?
