She is Fat

Anorexia itself means having a poor appetite. We’ve probably all experienced that. It’s when it’s a lasting condition that it’s a problem or disorder. So yeah, she’s fat, but that’s the symptom. I’m not even sure if there’s a word for always having too much appetite. Obviously there needs to be such a word so the condition can be labeled a disease and treated. Another thing I’m not sure exists is a punctuation combination to denote a wry smile to go with the last part of my comment.
