Hi, all. Update time. I got out of the hospital just as the New Year was beginning. (Literally, I arrived on my front porch at the stroke of midnight.) I’m in a lot of pain, but Bryan (my husband who was in the car with me) is in better shape. I hope to be off the pain meds (or at least off enough to start doing new strips again) by the end of the week.
We didn’t have collision or comp on our auto policy, so I’m going to have to raise the money to replace my car before convention season starts. (In addition to my usual stop in Chicago I was planning trips to Baltimore and Toronto later in the year, with others as possibilities.)
