It apparently can be done when is the air temperature is -5 C (13 F) or lower, not that cold for northern climes. Many times as a child I was sent outside at 0 F or colder to âblow the stink offâ ( translation, to get out from under Momâs feet).

It is easy to freeze bubbles. Just make her go outside without a coat.
