"Dad, you don't need to wear your sweater everytime you give me fatherly advice. The advice comes from you not the sweater!" "Ok, ok... I'll try. Now what's the problem?" "Well, there's this girl at school, and I'd like to get to know her, but I'm kind of shy." "Son, here's my advice..." "A bird in the hand gathers no moss, but never look a rolling stone in the mouth!" "When will that sweater be ready?!"

“Never look a Rolling Stone in the mouth” sounds like pretty good advice to me. I sure don’t want to know what Keith’s teeth look like after all this time.
