The idea that ācorporations are peopleā really expresses the fact that they have rights as a derivative of the rights of their members. The same for labor unions, social clubs, condominiums, the Girl Scouts, sports teams, entire nations, and so forth.
Say, ŠOMŠÆOM, so you know if Mitt wears Mormon underwear like his father? (The rest of you can Google on it.) As I recall, it was that revelation that sank Georgeās presidential aspirations back when.
