Momā€™s do so, they like it to give good advices to their children, and children refuse them. Itā€™s the course of the world!

Soap still comes in a bar form. If you wish you can even buy Ivory in bars and have fun making it float.

Somebody has to. Worst fate in the world for a budding ENFP, but necessary. Somone has to remind us once in a while that we really canā€™t do everything and that the whole universe doesnā€™t revolve around us.Iā€™m serious. Documented stuff, this.

If Calvin were in the stock market, heā€™d be taking a bath there, too!

My kid (46 years old) is a wonderful person. When he was Calvinā€™s age, he was a treasure. Where do I sign up for a Calvin type kid that never ages. A kid like that will keep you young forever. . . . or make you want to kill yourself.

Forget horoscopes. Most of lifeā€™s rookings are self inflicted ā€“ by own decisions made on faulty/incomplete intel.(And your friends can do you more damage by accident than enemies can on purpose)

Calvin learned a lot for one day! One day heā€™ll learn that putting a worm in a girlā€™s hair, though infantile, says ā€œI love youā€! :-) Silly boys!

Itā€™s nice to know that you pretty much control your own fate. Iā€™d hate living in a world where everythingā€™s predetermined.

Hi GretchensMomGlad to help you out whenever I can. By the way, I read over the postings from when I was away, and you had some excellent ones. I really liked the two long ones on Payton Manning and on avoiding misunderstandings. Oh ā€” and the beer quotations were very funny. Canā€™t say that I know even half a dozen people who collect beer quotationsā€¦.

Before we we aware of conserving water, I would fill our huge claw foot cast iron tub to the top and FLOAT in it. Heck, I could practically swim in it.
