Well, this is so true. Kids just want things handed to them. Given to them on silver platters.....

Regarding yesterday…...I’d like to point out, that those who responded to me are right. To every ‘negative’ there are several positives. Not all kid born after 1998 are total d—ks and b——es, but most are.If I know I can “handle” the pain from standing, because I’ll be sitting for a while latter, I’ll give my spot up...Some other crap I see: Where the buses drop us off at the university (yes, I"m a 31 yr old post-secondary student!) is a “p” shape. The buses drive in, turn right and follow the “P” shape back around with their doors on the outside. At the bottom of the “P” and several places along the inside (it’s a long “P” L) are cross walks. 99.99% of the students don’t stop, they just walk in front of buses, and expect them to stop.I make it a point to stop, and wave (or nod) the buses on, so they can go. Every time – EVERY SINGLE TIME – I do it, the driver gets a big smile, and waves at me, because they aren’t expecting it.Also, absolutely EVERY time I’ve eaten at the cafe (and I won’t admit how many times that is) I’ve had to clean up the table after 17-25 year olds. Those that DO clean up, tend to be the older crowd. Le Sigh. I can continue to mention problems I’ve seen with society, but I’ll stop now.

I like crosswords and puzzles in general, but crosswords are almost always much too difficult for someone born in the nineties. When they’re easier, I love them!

I try suduko – on paper. Caved, got Angry Birds on my Android phone. But games are battery hogs. Rather surf. Which is easy because the Google search bar, space, whatever you want to call it, is right there on the front of the phone. .So no searching for the search engine.
