Lakeddha Lashawn Johnson of Seattle, Wash., USA, died on Nov. 4, 2011, and her death was ruled a homicide- due to a gunshot wound she had received 13 years before!

My heart went out to Wilow. Since I’ve been a mom, we have been adopted by three cats, First there was Smokey, a black and grey tabby. Then along came Tally, a calico, who brought her kittens to our porch when our kids fed her. Only one of Tally’s kittens survived and we kept him, calling him Carmie. Then there was Snap, a beautiful calico who ran away from her home to our home next door for an unexplained reason. Cats are real miracles and wonders.

It’s crazy how 99% of the “aww how sad” comments are for a cat that was rescued over a young woman who died. You guys are a pathetic/sad bunch.

Where I live I think there are more stray cats than dogs…wonder why that is?

There’s also a barn in England made from the timbers of the Mayflower after it returned from Plymouth Rock. Paul Harvey said they even used the timber that cracked during the voyage as one of the beams. Quite popular with American tourists
