Our dogs always like going to the vets – the waiting room is such a smell-fest.

Mind you, they’re always pretty keen to get out again afterwards.

Cats though, cats know even if you don’t tell them and scarper.

I don’t know how they know. All my pets, cats and dogs both, knew they were going to the vet, even if you did nothing different in your routine. They must be psychic. WIth the cats, even before I go for the pet taxi, they know!

My lab actually doesn’t mind going to the vet. Yes, he gets shots; but he gets pets and treats right after and immediately forgets about the shots.

Personally, I would’ve really lowered the volume on those certain words Louie doesn’t want to hear, just to be able to say those words WERE uttered …

My Pooh didn’t much like her doctor. Her doctor was wonderful! But Pooh couldn’t see the beauty of it. I always asked Pooh if she wanted to go see Dr. Pooh and she’d practically try climbing inside of me! She just didn’t want anything to do with it.
