Kept way overcooking roast after roast until I read a recepie that said " first, calibrate your meat thermometer "..calibrate what-t-t-t?… come to find out it’s reading 40 degrees colder than it should…. lol

Ann Landers had the best meatloaf recipe. I cut down on the bread crumbs and use 2 medium eggs, though.

Arlo should start with simple meals i.e. tuna noodle casserole.
