The Micronesia Mall is Guam’s largest duty-free international shopping center outlet. I’d guess that there are mostly Japanese tourists there, rather than locals.
I remember shopping at the Micronesia Mall. As noted above, mostly Asian tourists. They also love the K-Mart on the island (assuming it’s still there). Even sold tourist t-shirts with Guam K-Mart on them. Amazing to behold.
Well the first thing I thought of in the first panel “Vote for me so I can destroy them” was our dear leader Obamawan. Because he sure is destroying this country.

Can we get a reminder of why Carmen is part of the campaign? Winslow doesn’t need much of a reason, but this entire arc has felt rather plot-driven.
