Well, is it safe to take Rory to Vegas? But I wonder how long this takes to get out. Well Rory, how long?

If he was screaming in his sleep, maybe everyone else heard him too. At least the light sleepers anyway.

If Rory is involved, word should spread like manure.

Yeah, right. It won’t be long before the cow’s out of the barn.

Some stuff that happens in the barn DOESN’T stay in the barn—thanks to shovels and pitchforks.

Wrong, Joe….any good mucker knows a pitchfork is better for stabbing at the big chunky stuff—not to mention for tossing hay into the soppy stuff to make it scoopable.

Thot you said you growed up on a dairy farm.

There is such a thing as a manure fork. The ones I used had 5 tines and a hand grip built into the end of the the wooden handle. I’ve used it for horse manure and for handling straw to bed them down with. No shovels were ever used.

There is also a hay fork which has only 3 tines (see “American Gothic” painting) and a longer wooden handle with no hand grip at the end. And of course it is used for pitching hay (not straw).

It sounds like what you’re talking about is strictly B.S.

There is such a thing as a manure fork. The ones I used had 5 tines and a hand grip built into the end of the wooden handle, similar to a snow shovel. We used them for horse manure and for handling straw to bed them down with. Shovels were only used like dustpans after sweeping down the aisles.

There is also a hay fork which has only 3 tines (see “American Gothic” painting) and a longer wooden handle with no hand grip at the end. And of course it is used for pitching hay and is what most people call a pitchfork.
