    There are many medicines that do the job and make you fell well. Too well, in fact. The industry has to find drugs that do the job, that no one would ever want to abuse. They sure have found a few – take my BP meds, please!

    Worked for a major pharm for 40 years. We found a drug that had indications of HEALING arthitic joints. FDA would not pass it. Some patients had stomach upset from it. Your gov’t at work.

    Problem is sometimes the patient. I’m not in the medical field, but I know of people who just want quick fixes to their problem. And I know parents who would rather give a pill than deal with their kids behavioral issues. Not saying that there’s no legitimate reasons for meds, just observing the bad side of the pill generation
