What is an “edge brownie”?

I don’t know about the calories, but if that’s what edge brownies are, I love edge brownies….I cellerybrate them… even when they’re warm and smell so good, they’re crunchy…

Even soft brownies can have wonderfully hard, crunchy-chewy edges.. yummmmm

corner brownies are the best

One of the ways my hubby and I get along: I like all the edges and corners – he likes the softer center part of a pan of brownies.

Ran into a quite large stash of also quite large brownies last week. Had time on hands, and don’t remember much about Thursday to Sunday…took the edge off…

Gee, I thought the middle ones were the best. Nothing but soft.

I’ve seen lasagna pans that are ‘edgy’. I likes me the corner pieces of the lasagna: nice and crispy.

The best brownies are slightly crispy on the outside and nice and soft on the inside… Yum! …. No one seems to have noticed that this grade school girl, probably 8 years old?, is worrying about calories, i.e., about getting fat. This crap starts so early now… :o|

I’m the exact opposite. I’ll take a center brownie (preferably slightly undercooked) any day.
