Clothes horse or rack is the more usual term over here, it’s what people use to air dry when there’s not enough space for an outdoor clothes line.

well, Andy and Flo just have different priorities, is all. when Flo fixes the loft roof, she can have the dryer rack back.: )

There are a couple more that I could use, but then I would end up in GoComics Jail like #6 did.

Not just the UK. My US female friend finished her dinner in Australia, promptly declared “I’m stuffed”, was mystified by both the ensuing pregnant pause and the ensuing table-wide laughter.

I call mine a clothes RACK.
