i have an app that makes plastic roses smell almost but not quite completely unlike the real thing….technology is amazing!

That’s pretty good technology there: when she tells it to pick something “at random,” the algorithm (remember, nothing a computer does is truly random; there’s an algorithm behind all of it) picks exactly the message she needs to hear at the moment… even when the message tells her to put down the gadget and smell the roses!.Betcha Siri wouldn’t do that…

I thought Boody was allergic to flowers. Just wait until his famous sneeze occurs, no more flowers.

IGod… considering how a lot of people idolize those things, that’s not a bad idea, although iBorg might be closer to the truth. ;)

Worry, Karma, when your iGod says “Virtue is irrelevant. Material things are irrelevant. You will be assimilated. Resistance is futile.” :P

Too late, I think my iPod Touch has an app for that – it’s even called BORG. (And it’s cleverly disguised as a music app.)

Interesting, but flawed reasoning. In the first and second panels she expresses joy over being able to access information, not over the means … so the proverb doesn’t apply, unless you consider the information a material ‘thing’. The ‘I God’ is just a means to access info, and carry it around. Following that idea, you could conclude that the brain, which can also store info should not be cared for … well, I care for mine ..
