If you have ever watched how they make hot dogs, then it isn’t inconceivable that they could shape the stuff to fit on regular sliced bread. They shape chicken nuggets into things like “dinosaurs” or perfect little ovals/circles, why not hot dog meat into flat slabs for sandwiches?
