@sdebarr — Wasn’t there a Kid Flash back in the 60s, a member of the “Teen Titans?” Seems like DC gave everyone a teen sidekick back then when Robin became so popular. There was Aqua Lad and some girl who ran around with Wonder Woman. So your idea is good, Froelich might be Kid Flash.
