I actually use Siri pretty often: when Iâm driving, I can access it via my bluetooth earpiece to call someone, or âread new messagesâ and reply. I understand there are voice recognition apps that do this, too, but the difference is the natural-language recognition. Pretty cool. And the phone itself is quick, great graphics and camera: I like it.
There was another AI called Parry, written to simulate a patient with paranoid schizophrenia. Somebody got the bright idea to have it âconsultâ with Eliza, aka âThe Doctorâ. The results are at http://www.faqs.org/rfcs/rfc439.html.
