My husband will grab a cookbook, flip it open to a random page, and say, “Here, fix this”. He is a true joy to cook for – will eat absolutely anything.

There are very few things I won’t eat … mushrooms, seafood (the exceptions are English style fish and chips and canned tuna), some beans and turnips.I LOVE me some bacon and chicken and hamburger and mashed potatoes. I love potatoes. I love potatoes. Did I mention, I love potatoes? :D
