Prunes are plums that are dried out, yet they make juice out of them. Raisins are dried grapes, but we only get juice from the grapes. Explain that to me.
Hmmm. Thanks for the explanation, dave. I just checked Wiki and they say there are prunes as you describe, and then there are dried prunes (which can be made from fresh prunes or plums). Hence my confusion.
actually, just eat a normal “single-serving” amount of food, from each of the recommended food groups. easy. if what’s on your plate is bigger than your fist, it’s more that a normal stomach-sized meal. simple. quit ramming crap down your throat, and you won’t be obese.
