Dog: Is he back now? Is he back now? Is he back now? Poncho: Dude, relax, your master will be back for you. Dog: But how do you know? Poncho: Because, I'm sure you're a good dog. He'll be, like, ten minutes. Poncho: What's he shopping for? Dog: Carpet cleaner, couch cleaner, bed cleaner, wall cleaner, shoe cleaner… Dog: I barf a lot. Poncho: Twenty minutes. Thirty, tops.

Dogs are never confident you’ll return. When we had a dog, I’d walk up to the store with her when I needed milk. Yhe whole time she’d howl, even tho she must have known after a few weeks how long it took!

Someone told me that some pets think their owner has died when they leave them alone. It must be awful to live with anxiety like that.

Pets are like small children in that sense. If you are out of their field of vision, you have disappeared. That part of the comic is sad. However, I have a dog like him. We call him Barty of the sensitive tummy. If he eats something outside, anything with red sauce, or cheap treats he barfs. The last part had me rolling lol.
