I think Monty traumatised the kid

“If you think it’s butter…but it’snot…..” well, you shouldn’t eat it. When that commercial played on TV, I’d always shout “Somebody sneezed” over the “It’s Chiffon” part. My Mom got mad…

Randy — looks like “you see” but it’s short for Eucalyptus….They should spell it Euky.

Of course, then some of us would be calling her “Yucky.”

Eucy (short for Eucalyptus) has her moment in the sun, only to be rained upon by Mr. Monty. Does Copernicus next get a turn? Will Mr. Monty outstay his welcome?

i can’t believe it’s snot butter

Eucalyptus means “well-covered”, referring to the cover over the developing flower. Yet another reason not to make it a child’s name.

I take it Mr. Meddick doesn’t like kids.

Why shouldn’t little Eucy be traumatised? She made a childish error and he laughed at her. I’d have been humiliated, too.

Well, considering I too would have to be stoned to the gills to subject myself to an evening with a family of four, I can totally relate.

That’s hilarious!!! What would you do if you saw someone laughing like this in real life?

Since I’m too lazy to look it up…can one of my comrades explain to me what these kids names are all about? Something Darwinian comes to mind…

Where’s the kids pets? You know? The octopus and spider.

I suspect, that the next time, the child will provide true “buttersnot” candy … by sneezing all over it first! Eww.
