Grandmas who stay with the angels for extended periods of time need to devise “I’m-not-a-money-tree” lines. Mine is (as I might have said before), when I’m asked for $$ to get a gumball, little prize in a plastic case, stuffed animal, melodious ride or super ball from a machine, “Grandma doesn’t do machines.”
