Probably one he’s heard a few times before.

That’s the fastest I’ve seen Earl move in a long time.

My paternal grandfather’s first and middle names were Harley David. So my my father & his three older brothers are sort of like motorcycles.

My guess is Opal will be reciting some choice evocative phrases from the sailor’s and construction workers litany

I just hope his tardiness doesn’t upset Opal so much he ends up being called “the late Earl Pickles.”

Earl dashes off, leaving Nelson on his own? How old is Nelson anyway? I guess the dog can babysit him. But, then Opal might not like that so Earl will get a double dosing of whatever Opal dishes out to him….and he deserves it!

Im sure he will mutter a name for her as she is screaming at him and it rhymes with witch

Nelson lives next door. He can go home.
