Well, it looks like Marx has some idea on how the ship works, and how to handle dittos. Makes me think that he might have been collecting/training dittos since before he got the ship (either that or he’s darn quick at picking up ditto training).

I love the look on Petey’s face in panel 4.“Excuse me, sir, may I help you?”“Yes, I’d like a yard of ditto please.”What’s the AI gonna think of being snipped off like that?

Not a very good pair of scissors. Look at the ragged edges in panel 3.Whoa, AM knows the AI had the ditto, so he obviously understands what’s going on. If he knows, perhaps he’s dealt with the AI already and maybe Flask doesn’t have the control she thinks she does. AM has said all along there’s no problem and he’s not much concerned now, from the look on his face. Could this have been the trickster’s plan all along.

Yes, Just Sayin’, if I haven’t said this before, I feel really honoured that my Doc Rat strip is being promoted on the Endtown chat site. I think Doc Rat and Endtown feel a lot like spiritual siblings, in terms of their emotion, drive and cheekiness. Look at those beautiful drawings of hands, especially in the third panel, even to the details of the folds in the gloves. Hands are really hard. Mr Neathery is a superb artist.

Mr. N is an excellent storyteller as well.

I hope the scissors just push the dittos aside and not cut through them. I would hate to see an innocent ditto harmed.

Well, this was a bit happier than I thought was about to happen. Still clueless as to what’s happening, though :)

So he knows about the system, does that mean he knows about talky face? If so then how can he NOT know where the bridge is? My brain hurts.

Well, it seems Marx has dealt with the technology before (talky face AI does kinda resemble a face drawn by one of his pens, for instance) so he may know the ship HAS an AI.Doesn’t mean he knows where it IS. Although they do now have a line to follow.

True but you can’t deny that a really good panic can clear the air at times.

I’m beginning to think the bridge (and Mr Talky Face) is where ever it wants to be.

Are these Ditto’s in anyway related to the living Pixels that Al and Justine came up against back in August of ’09 which Petey, as the transportation device, referred to as vermin before frying the lot of ’em? I recall Sparkplug Sanders speaking to Al and Justine, referring to them as hollow ditto constructs. And it was these same critters which pursued him and tormented him with memories of what he had created when working for APEX.

If you’ve got a specific problem with clearly defined parameters, Wally’s your man-cat. For a fast escape or emotional/physical healing, go to Holly. If you require aerial recon or sheer brute strength, direct all inquiries to Petey. If something needs to be dusted, throw it at Flask. All other cases fall at Marx’s feet.

Petey looks disaproving. Seems that Marx can’t concentrate on one thing for long. When will the books be ready to ship? I’ve been expecting them for weeks. Are they not done et? I would like to get a Cheesh T. Are they about to run out?
