I’m w/u Bob. What they call Art most is stupid & ugly

Gee, Bob. That’s not how you do it. You’re supposed to say something like, “The artist clearly conveys the nature of conflict and the emotional powers of colors.” Or some such tripe. Never admit that you, like everyone else, don’t get it.

Or – heaven forbid – just say, “I just like it.”

Frank oughta print that work out on a high-quality digital printer, say at about five by seven feet, and put it in a tony NYC or LA gallery. $50K, minimum.

It’s a blue man on the right pointing at a road kill blue horse on the left laying on a black asphalt highway with pools of blood.

It’s the shadow of Bob on a surf board, rocking the waves, blood red sunset. Yep, I see it.

lots to see here. at the top I see a black bull and a blue boy with a white dog.or a woman with blue hair and a kid with a bloody eye. or a leaning monster with red eyes.also on the right a blue woman looking up with her arms out in front to catch something. Or there are 2 blue women facing at the bottom with a man with a big nose facing our left. .Or a rabbit in a boat waving a flagOr lower left a blue bunny dancing and one on a surfboard about the flagman in the boat. .

Its a Rorschach test of a smushed black and blue butterfly or an impressionist painting of Darth Vader’s tie-fighter being shot at and missed by somebody’s laser cannon.

I see a squirrel looking up at some modern art.

That kind of art you don’t ‘get’, you ‘feel’.

I can not help it, every time I read Bob I still hear Gilbert Godfrey’s voice. Bob sounds like him in my head.
