If Obama isn’t responsible for Iraq or Afghanistan (and his supporters continue to blame Bush), then Nixon isn’t responsible for Vietnam. Also Woodrow “he kept us out of war” Wilson started World War I, and botched the peace agreement, which led to World War II (entirely a Democratic affair).
Anyway, Iraq was approved by wide bipartisan margins by both the House and the Senate. Oddly enough, when things started not going so well, suddenly the Democrats forgot they voted for it. They did the same with No Child Left Behind (which was co-sponsored by Ted Kennedy).
