Poor Boody, dear, sweet Boody!(Yes, we know it turns out well, but the final panel sets the mood perfectly. A real work of art — well done, Justin!)

Gosh, Boody. At least “lethal injection” is more humane than burning at the stake or beheading. I think…. Maybe your day will get better!

    I guess a spear would be a 7000-gauge needle?

Hey, cool, I didn’t know he was rerunning that. It was a refit to a very very old strip that I did for MythTickle back before syndication. I recently reran it here.

The modern equivalent to a lethal injection as planned for Boody would be high-speed lead poisoning?

Besides that, Boody looks so woebegone (with reason) in that last panel.

    0 gauge would have a 0.8252 cm (0.3249") shaft.

The thinnest practical combat lance would be 1.25", or roughly a 000000000000000000000 gauge.

He tried several frames back and only welded the weak point in his chain together.

He is Good and Right and Just- and maybe just a tad stupid. After all, just last week he used his dragon breath to reweld the weak link in the chain Georgie boy was using to haul him in.

She gets arrested for him, then abandons him in jail the first chance she gets? Wow… that’s worse than a fair-weather friend. LOL!!
