If you don’t think monks look menacing, clearly you didn’t go to Catholic school back in the day …

You don’t get shot in the back by some one defending himself.

Bullet entrance wounds will tell the story…and even monks can look menacing…but then, who can tell if they’re monksor just empy-minded fashionistas? In either case, picking up the soap not recommended…

I don’t know… If you saw someone dressed as a monk backing toward you on a dark night, in a gated community, you’d think, “Oh my god. Another movie based on a Dan Brown book.”

You know, Mark Zuckerberg practically lives in a hoodie and yet I somehow doubt he would have ended up dead on a street in the Florida suburbs with Skittles and a bottle of tea in his pockets.

And rather insensitive at the time, too… when a wound is fresh, it hurts the most when it’s poked. Also, monks can be VERY scary… haven’t you people read comics (there are a few “monks” who are downright evil), looked at history (the “Mad Monk”), or watched movies (most cultists seem to dress like monks in them). ;-)

It wouldn’t have happened if the guy who shot the teenager had done what the 911 dispatcher told him. Neighborhood watch people are NOT supposed to confront anyone they think is suspicious. They are supposed to call it in and then let the police handle it. The kid would still be alive and the guy who killed him wouldn’t be facing charges if he had.I’m sure any evidence that is considered vital, would be kept under wraps until it’s presented during the trial. And since when is someone a thug just because he bought an iced tea and skittles at a convenience store and is walking home? Until you know all the complete facts, name calling is uncalled for. Right now, we don’t have all the facts.

Yes, he did, but that’s par for the course for racist proponents of violence (or, proponents of racist violence).

Tell that to the victims of the inquisition.

Au Contraire, a hooded monk does indeed appear menacing.
