There is a documentary called ‘Food Matters’ on Youtube about people taking medication for everything rather than trying to manage a good diet. I would recommend everyone to see it.

I once took a Zyrtec for my allergies, and I ended up going to bed at 5 in the evening because of the drowsiness. They could really market that as a sleep aid.
