Girl: What do you have in your listings for my teddy bear?
Nancy: Are we thinking "cave" or a "goldilocks' cottage" type of place?
Sign reads: nancy ritz real estate.
Wait, her last name is actually Ritz? Fritzi is her paternal aunt? I’d always assumed this to be true, but I don’t think it’s ever been established as fact. Certainly not during the Bushmiller era!
I actually thought it was MLS listings, which is “Multiple Listing Service”. Maybe it is NLS for “Nancy Listing Service”. If I were Maria, I would be slightly suspicious for the unprofessional sign. She and her Teddy could do better, with SLS right down the street.

Nancy was adopted by Fritzi Ritz. Even if her last name wasn’t originally Ritz, it could have easily been changed during an adoption process.

If Nancy was adopted by Fritzi, then why doesn’t she call her Mom instead of Aunt Fritzi?

Remember that she is a child of the pre-abortion era, when there were all sorts of crazy relationships and adoptions going on.

How about a nice cozy house like those bears have who advertise the toilet paper?
