Were comic strip artists bullied a lot when young? So many strips have bullies in them and bullies are NOT funny!! The only way that poor kid is going to get that duct tape out of his hair is to shave his head. This is assault and battery. That (censored) bully should be arrested and charged. The grownups had better do something about this. It’s just not funny.

Bullies are not funny per se. Cory Pandolph’s comic-book presentation of them (and their victims) as jobholders with recognised ToRs and Job Descriptions, though, is HILARIOUS>>>>>
